These terms govern your use of fastpdlc.com (the “site”) and any services offered through it. The FastPDLC software itself is licensed separately — see The software below.
Using the site
You may read, link to, and quote this site freely. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use automated systems in a way that degrades service for others. Reasonable crawling that respects robots.txt is welcome.
The software
FastPDLC is distributed under the GNU Lesser General Public License, version 3 or later. That licence — not this page — governs your rights to use, modify and redistribute the software. In particular, importing FastPDLC as a library or running it in your CI does not place your own project under the LGPL. The full text ships with the package and is available in the repository.
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, as set out in the licence. Nothing on this site modifies or expands that licence.
Your content
If you send us feedback, bug reports, or feature suggestions, we may act on them without obligation or compensation. Do not send us anything you consider confidential. Contributions to the source repository are governed by the project licence.
Email and messages
If you subscribe to the newsletter you consent to receiving it at the address you provide. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link. SMS messaging, if you opt in separately, is governed by the SMS opt-in terms.
Availability
The site is offered on a best-effort basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the software, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services including GitHub and PyPI. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes
We may revise these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
